Today, Accountable.US will launch a mobile billboard to hold Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts accountable for his refusal to take action regarding the recent pattern of serious Supreme Court ethics issues. The billboard will travel up and down Connecticut Ave into Chevy Chase on Friday, April 28th, and Saturday, April 29th.

It will display messages reading “Chief Justice Roberts: The Face of a Court in Crisis,” and “Chief Justice Roberts: Clean Up Your Court,” as well as recent headlines highlighting Roberts’ inaction.

While the Supreme Court is on fire with scandals, Chief Justice Roberts refuses to take action regarding the serious ethics issues undermining the credibility and integrity of our nation’s highest court. His refusal to address the issues at hand is untenable — and just underscores the need for urgent reform to restore public trust in our Court.”
