Today, Accountable.US released the following statement in response to the President of The Heritage Foundation, Kevin Roberts, tweeting his praise for the Authoritarian Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban.

The Heritage Foundation has shown its true colors today heaping praise on the name of a prominent far-right global leader famous for his authoritarian tendencies, anti-LGBTQ policies, xenophobia, cronyism, and his racist rhetoric. Make no mistake about it, the Heritage Foundation fundamentally promotes the same extreme worldview of leaders like Orban. Their promotion of such a virulent figure should serve as a permanent stain on the foundation’s credibility.”
