Accountable.US Statement on Trump v. Anderson Ruling
Following today’s Supreme Court ruling in Trump v. Anderson reversing the Colorado Supreme Court’s decision to remove Trump from the ballot, Accountable.US executive director Tony Carrk released the following statement:

Today’s decision from a conflicted Supreme Court went further than necessary, with a conservative majority seeking to insulate Donald Trump from future consequences for his role in the January 6th insurrection. This decision, along with others the Court made recently, raises concerns that the Court’s conservative majority is playing politics to help their preferred candidate.”
